    Republic Day of India

    Republic Day is celebrated every year on 26th January to honor the day when the Constitution of India came into effect in 1950. This important event marked the beginning of India as a republic nation, giving its citizens the right to elect their leaders. The day also reminds us of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters to achieve independence.

    The highlight of the day is the Republic Day Parade held in New Delhi, where the Indian Armed Forces showcase their strength and discipline. Colorful tableaux from different states display India’s cultural diversity. School children also participate in performances, making the day lively and patriotic.

    Republic Day is a day of pride and unity for all Indians. People celebrate it by hoisting the tricolor flag, singing the national anthem, and remembering the values of democracy. It teaches us to respect our nation and work together for its progress.

Yes. There are two age groups - 6-8 Yrs & 9-11 Yrs. Wizkids is India's largest paid digital platform hosting a variety of contest formats for kids of 3-15 Yrs with participation from 500+ cities spread over 36 States & Union Territories.

Any child who is aged between 6 years - 11 years can participate.
