Yes. This contest has been desgined for the Child and parent duo. They have to collaborate to create this craft.

Yes. The time lapse video should include both the parent and the child, making the craft.

Each craft item / piece would be evaluated on the parameters of -
Creativity/Design, Contribution of the child & the parent, Team Dynamics, color combination, adherence to theme

This craft work creation has to be the joint effort of the parent and the child. The parent can guide and motivate to contribute. Care should be taken to ensure that the entire activity is not done by the parent while the child is just a spectator. The dynamics of the parent child duo working together is essential for this exercise to be successful.
