MY LITTLE CAT

Bobby is my little cat. He is one year old. He is brown. He is very cute. He likes to play around the house.

He loves to play with his cotton yarn balls. He is very smart.

His favorite place to sleep is under my bed. Sometimes he sleeps in the kitchen. He loves to drink milk. He is very clumsy.

My brother is his favorite person. Bobby always looks out for him and sits near him. We both enjoy playing with Bobby. He makes us happy.

MORAL-A PET BRINGS JOY.

TWO FRIENDS

Amla and Ayushi are friends. Amla never stops talking. She even sleep talks. It is like someone has turned her talk switch “On” and there is no “Off” switch.

Ayushi likes to listen. She turned 10 a month ago. Her parents still wonder when she will start opening up and talking to her friends normally.

She sits behind Amla in the class and listens to her talk all day. She never gets annoyed as she finds Amla funny. She just responds to her with words like “Wow”, “Really” and “I don’t believe you”.

Ayushi is very prompt in her schoolwork. Amla is busy getting punishments like – standing in the corner, reporting to the Principal’s office, or standing outside the class. Yet, she completes her schoolwork.

Monday is the dreaded day for Ayushi. She has to speak the “Thought of the Day” in class. She gets nervous about speaking in front of others. Amla encourages her and helps her practice and deliver.

Everyone finds their friendship amusing. Two different personalities bonded by the friendship bond.
