Refund and Cancellations:
- On individual contests – No refunds or cancellations allowed
- On membership plans under auto-pay – No refunds or cancellations allowed
- On membership plans under full payment – No refunds or cancellations allowed
- On membership plans under EMI – Refunds / cancellation allowed if the user has not used any of the offerings in the subscription plan. The amount of refund shall be the amount of the monthly EMI times the number of unused months from the month that begins after the date when subscription is cancelled.
- Notwithstanding anything mentioned in this policy, the Company reserves the right to give a refund to any customer at its own discretion
- Refunds shall be processed only for the cases mentioned above if the customer sends an email to abhishek.a@wizkidscarnival.com with the heading “Refund Request for <Name of Registered User>”. The reason for the refund should be clearly mentioned in the email
- Refunds may be processed via Bank Transfer only and the Customer shall be responsible for providing the correct bank account details to the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for any incorrect refunds on account of incorrect bank account details given by the Customer
- Regardless of anything mentioned above, no refund shall be allowed in case a user disputes the decision of the judges
- Refunds shall be processed within 15 working days of receiving the proper refund request and if it is covered under the refund policy given above.
