The KPL contests are divided in two buckets - each of which hold an
immense significance to creating a well-rounded child.
21st Century Essential Skills
The KPL seeks to develop, discover and identify essential 21st Century skills – as in this new-age, kids need to be confident and articulate in presenting their thoughts to a wider audience.
Broadening Horizons
Exciting contests that allow the child to explore, engage and discover a world that is plentiful and expansive through the fields of painting, performances and shlokas to go back and connect with our cultural heritage!

Shloka Scholars
The Shloka Scholars – KPL edition seeks to connect our young kids to our ancient roots that go back thousands of years, while also helping them improve their diction, rhythm and understanding of our culture!

The shlokas shall be judged on the following criteria:
Master Orator
The Master Orator – KPL edition seeks to encourage one of the most important skills in today’s world – public speaking and articulation of one’s thoughts – through terrific speeches!
Thought-provoking yet exciting themes with detailed guidelines given to participants! In-person oration for semi-finals and finals!
The speeches shall be judged on the following criteria:
Recite It!
The Recite It! – KPL edition seeks to identify the most promising poetry reciters in India! Reciting a poetry is an art in itself – as difficult as composing a poem! Haven’t all of us been wowed by the thahrav and depth of Gulzar’s narrations or when a young poet recites a Tennyson or Wordsworth! Let our kids experience the same raptures as expert poets experience when narrating a poem!

The poetry recitations shall be judged on the following criteria:
Handwriting Champs
The Handwriting Champs – KPL edition seeks to identify the kids with the most beautiful handwriting!
Mastering the art of handwriting is a skill in itself! Just as we are mesmerized by the elegance and precision of calligraphy, imagine the joy our children can feel when their handwriting captures the same grace and finesse. Let our kids revel in the satisfaction that expert calligraphers experience as they pen words onto paper!

Dance Wizards
The Dance Wizards – KPL edition seeks to identify the kids with the best dance moves!
Dancing is an art form that embodies grace and expression – akin to composing poetry! Just as we are captivated by the fluidity and precision of professional dancers, imagine the delight our children can experience when their movements embody the same elegance and finesse. Let our kids revel in the satisfaction that skilled dancers feel as they express their creativity and tell stories through dance, leaving audiences in awe of their captivating performances!

The League Structure
There will be 3 age categories – as in all WKC contests.
6 – 8 | 9 – 11 | 12 – 15
(For PPS Kandivali Students – only 9-11 and 12-15 categories are open)
2 Qualifiers followed by physical Semi-Finals and the Grand Finale!
Level 1
Rolling – Qualifiers shall happen between Jun -Sept- Top 40 percent of respective entries in each age group

July to Oct- Top 10 percent of respective entries in each age group
- Submission through WKC Platform
Regional Finals
Nov End- Max of top 10 percent or Super Seven of respective entries in each age group
