act as catalysts to catapault one’s imagination to weave a wonderful tale.
Introductory lines set the direction of the story.
It allows the child to weave a story further as per a
genre of his/her choice like suspense, humour or adventure and others.
Interesting, isn’t it?

You are absolutely right! While the imagination of a 6 year old may easily rival that of a 15 year old, we are creating a level playing field. We have created 3 age categories (6-8 , 9-11 & 12-15 years) and each category will be considered separately. Wizkids is India's largest paid digital platform hosting a variety of contest formats for kids of 3 - 15 yrs with participation from 500+ cities spread over 36 States & Union Territories.

Yes - we encourage parents to help their kids in developing the story. But our advice is to let the kids’ imagination remain primary - we all know that our children can imagine stuff way better than we can! (In both cases please ensure you also submit a typed word document that is needed for publication in the magazine)

Yes, For age groups 6 - 8 Yrs, Kids have to create and narrate the story. You can send us a video of narration and a word document of the story. For age groups 9 - 11 Yrs & 12 - 15 Yrs, kids have to write the story. You must send the written document of the story.
