The language of submission is English.
You are absolutely right! While the imagination of a 4 year old may easily rival that of a 15 year old, we are creating a level playing field. We have created 4 age categories (4 - 5, 6 - 8, 9 - 11 and 12-15 years) and each category will be considered separately.
Of course, you can! We encourage you to help the child in structuring his/her thoughts! Also, your child need not memorize the speech. He/she can have the paper in hand while narrating his/her speech. We encourage it.
Every speech will be evaluated on a combination of factors - Idea, Structure and Flow, Grammar Correctness and Word Usage, Narration.
The time limit for speech is 2 - 5 min
